About Me
I'm Marco, a product designer, systems thinker, and endlessly curious builder based in Kansas City, Missouri.
Over the past decade, I've worked across startups, agencies, fintech, and consumer technology, helping teams figure out what matters, turn ambiguity into direction, and make ideas real.
I'm most energized by the intersection of technology, human behavior, and product strategy.
“I care about finding the right problem, not just solving the one in front of me.”
I've spent much of my career working where the path forward wasn't obvious: building products from scratch, evolving experiences used by millions, shaping strategy, and creating systems from ambiguity. That work taught me that great design is as much about judgment as execution.
Find what matters. The highest-leverage problem isn't always the one sitting in front of you.
Have a point of view. Know what good looks like, what deserves to exist, and what should be left out.
Use whatever the problem requires. I'm not precious about process, artifacts, or medium. Sometimes the answer is an interface. Sometimes it's a prototype, strategy, system, or simply a better way to understand the problem.
Make the details count. I care about the parts people might never consciously notice: the timing of feedback, the clarity of a state, how an interaction responds, and what happens when things go wrong. Those details shape how an experience feels.
As AI makes creating easier, I believe this combination of judgment, taste, curiosity, and agency will matter even more.
Ultimately, I want my work to help people become more capable.
The important stuff.
Work matters a lot to me, but it's definitely not the whole story.
I love traveling with my wife and discovering new cities, cultures, and ways of living. We're open to wherever the next chapter takes us.
We love taking Disney adventures
London is one of our favorite spots to visit
I'm a huge basketball fan (Steph Curry is my guy), I love anime, and I'm finding my way back to fútbol after playing in high school.
Architecture still has a special place in my heart. I'm fascinated by spaces, cities, and how our environments shape the way we feel and behave. I also love a good espresso, especially when it comes with a great café or a new neighborhood to explore.

I'm rarely far from a rabbit hole, weird experiment, or something new I want to understand.
More than anything, I want to experience life deeply with the people I love, keep pushing toward what I'm capable of, and make things I'm proud of. ❤️
