Hi, I’m Marco. I design systems that unlock human capability.
I’m a product designer interested in how technology helps people move from uncertainty to confident action.
Across startups, agencies, and currently at Reddit, I’ve designed products and systems that help people discover possibilities, act with confidence, and create meaningful things. I believe the most meaningful technology doesn’t just make tasks easier. It helps people become more capable.
What drives my work
Unlocking human potential. Technology should help people see more in themselves. The best products don’t just simplify tasks but help people grow, contribute, and realize their capabilities. Whether someone is sharing an idea, discovering knowledge, or participating in a community, good design should make that step feel possible.
Moving bold ideas forward. The most interesting ideas rarely arrive fully formed. They emerge through exploration, experimentation, and the courage to build something that might not work yet. I believe in moving ideas forward through prototypes, systems thinking, and collaborative problem solving. Progress happens when ideas become real.
Designing with compassion and connection. Technology shapes how people relate to each other. Behind every interface is a person with motivations, fears, and hopes. I approach design with empathy by creating systems that support people with clarity, steadiness, and care. Great products don’t just function well. They help people feel understood.
How I work
I originally studied architecture, which taught me to think in terms of structure, systems, and scale. Today I apply that same mindset to digital products. Rather than focusing only on individual screens, I’m interested in designing the structure of product experiences: how products evolve over time and how people move through them.
Understand human behavior. Great products begin with understanding people: their motivations, uncertainty, and goals. Design decisions should reflect how people actually think and act.
Identify the underlying system. Many product problems aren’t interface problems. They’re system problems. Understanding the structure behind the experience often reveals better solutions than focusing on the surface alone.
Prototype to reduce uncertainty. I build prototypes and system explorations to test ideas early. Seeing ideas in action helps teams align faster and uncover risks before committing to a direction.
Collaborate deeply. The best products emerge from strong collaboration between design, engineering, and product. Good systems are rarely designed alone.
Design for scale. The goal isn’t a perfect screen. It’s a system that works for many people and continues to evolve as products grow.
